DETAILS
DC - The newest model, the "DC" Series, features a robust column frame design and large platen size. Built to handle molds with a large number of cavities and a substantial shot volume.
DU - The Transfermat "DU" series has a vertically acting injection plunger. Ideal for larger shot volumes, the DU injection unit offers a straight injection path from cylinder to mold runner.
VH - The Transfermat "VH" series features horizontally opposed plasticizing unit and injection pot. This versatile and highly accurate injection system reduces overall height of the machine due to its horizontal action.
FIFO - The FIFO injection system allows higher plasticizing temperature with less risk of scorch. This can allow faster cycle times, and because of the quicker onset of cure in the mold, can assist greatly with flash control.
